Last time i was there i made out with a bunch of girls and got like 10+ numbers in one night, although they all flaked on me later that night haha, probably because i was so hyped and didn't establish enough rapport or something. I approached other chick on the street and she just happened to be on her way to the hotel and asked me to follow her ;)

It's a bit expensive, though. I would pick bogota but that's just because i haven't been there. 

Yeah Helsinki is really tempting, but it's the most expensive(easily 1000 euro's a month) and from the reviews it looks like the schoolwork is a lot.

All of the other places are a bit academically "loose" so to speak, so probably I can skip 80% of the classes and still get my credits. Which means more time for partying and exploring shit

Barcelona seems to be a good one, anyone been there? It's quite a touristy place I heard

Yeah Barcelona is cool. You could definitely do some damage there. Plus the beach is there. Big city. I hear bogota is really cool too. Not sure what you look like but if your a gringo with blonde hair I would go to Bogota. My buddy has long blonde hair and he was there for a month and had like 3 girlfriends and his game is not good. Yes a lot of tourists in Barcelona=new girls everyday from all over the world. Other parts of Spain are really beautiful as well. I met a lot of hot Lithuanian girls but it's a poor country. Your dollar would go furthest in Bogota. Other parts of the country could be dangerous in Colombia though. Idk up to you man.

All the top guys I've talked to say Helsinki is the best for the hot hot girls that are easy to bang. If you don't speak spanish you'll have a more difficult time unless you go to a touristy spot. It just creates a more promiscuous atmosphere, whereas other areas will be more traditional and you'll work a lot harder to get laid.
