Dude .... Lol. Just be chill. You set up a date sometime down the line, then when you get the green light you go for a spontaneous meet up. Whether shes down to kick it shouldnt be a big deal. She says no, work around her schedule. No need to keep pushing for the meet up when she gave a resounding no. Have a little faith that shes down to meet up, if not that day, later on.
So to answer your question you respond to serious no's with a light hearted carefree attitude while simultaneously being aware of her state of mind so you can adjust accordingly.
