more proof it should be the old way of man as protector and woman as server. Far from my own ideas...but America is fucked up because everyone is LOOKING to be happy instead of just doing. Does a tiger look to be happy? Does a flower? Wtf. I'm currently grasping this too so yeah...or attempting.

Personally, I think both ways are fucked.
Nobody SHOULD be anything... just let people do what they need to do. If a chick wants to be the "protector" type.. who am I to shut that down...
But feminism is dumb becuase it's like an active effort to control a group of people- it's a reaction to them not feeling powerful or wtvr
Any time you try and label something or say, "I'm this" or "I'm that" or "He/she should be this or be that" you're gonna run into trouble
Just let people do what they need to do without pressuring them one way or the other.

Like Joan of Arc was a bad ass bitch, she was seriously gnarly and if she hadn't been allowed to do her thing- she would had never had the opportunity to kick ass
But it's not like you should then say, "Oh well look at that... see EVERY chick should be like that"
Cause then you got like a fuckin playboy bunny (even in thsi example, I'm grouping for the sake of making a point) or some shit whose not badass in the same way and probably just wants to chill out and look sexy, so let her do that.
It's just difficult to ever classify an ENTIRE group of people as one thing or another.
Same thing with dudes- some dudes are like super hardcore and wanna fight and be macho and other guys are more chilled out and just wanna paint and shit... either way, just let them do their thing.
The best way to teach someone something is to ALLOW them to fail... like you can force someone into doing something and they'll be super unhappy and resentful.... OR you can say, "You know what- sure, do it your way" and then maybe they succeed and if they do that's awesome and then if they fail- they learn the lesson the best way possible and will be more than happy to do it the other way next time.
We can't be so afraid of letting people try and fail that we create a culture of resentment.
If we just look at people as individuals, as opposed to constantly feeling this need to classify and group things, we could tackle the issue without any labels and without any "shoulds" and "shouldn'ts"

Just because a woman is
Just because a woman is financially independent or moving forward in her career doesn't mean she's a "Feminist".
That's simply a bad ass chick whose got her shit together. There are plenty of women like that who still emotionally rely on a man in their life.
I feel like the biggest reason "Feminists" are unhappy is because they're denying their own primal needs. Even just physically, men are wired to dominate, lead, and protect. The internal cognitive dissonance they create is what's making them unhappy.
There's nothing wrong with a woman making moves in her life. It is however, extremely unhealthy to deny your needs.

What you've got to bear in mind in this study is that, they're measuring a happiness gap. How do you measure such a gap? Probably by phycological analysis, asking are you happy? And certain physiological tests etc.
Combine that with that fact men are better at lying and being in control of their emotions and it's no wonder a study shows women are more unhappy, they are essentially an open book emotionally.
