And after giving it a few reads, I think she was saying that she would rather meet me for the first time at a bar with friends than going to a place with just me.
I read it the other way but who knows.. Probably doesn't matter. I'd hit her up when you're heading out to find out where she's at. Even if you don't end up running into her the fact that you're willing to meet her while she's with friends will count for something. You could probably even hit her back to exchange some logistical/schedule details. I think you're good
edit. Again, I think if you're open and willing to meet her while she's with friends she'll be more open to meeting you one on one if it happens to work out that way. If you try to specifically get her out on her own it could raise a flag
