Hot girl attitude + coworkers

The idea is to provide a bit of "cover" for yourself. If I've noticed that this has happened I may casually mention offhandedly in passing "Yeah so and so seemed a bit unfriendly at first maybe they were having a bad day." It's insurance and it sets lots of good expectations. Be subtle with it

Just so you're clear on what's up tho.. a LOT of girls that aren't quite as attractive developing "negging" skills and/or other tactics to increase their social value. Super common- especially in food 'n beverage. 

She actully hit me back this morning with legit the shittiest reply. I believe it was "Haha Exactly!"

Not even worth a reply from me. She's not anywhere near attractive enough for that kind of attitude haha

I'll see her tonight though. The other girls are hooked for the most part but a good friend of mine in the industry and really good with game suggested not boning the girls I work with. Creates too much drama. 

I love that "insurance" idea, it seems like a completey non-reactive way to go about it which is exactly what I needed. 

I don't think I would need to do that if she replied and I ignored the message however. What I really notice is the super hot girls don't even react when you try to obviously tease them.

I don't know why I wasn't getting this before but I'm fucking getting it now.

Walk into work, head up, body language nice and confident. Immediately say whatsup to the people at the table around me. In walks the girls I was conversing with the day before. They all took a look at me, smiled and you could tell they were nervous. They didn't come sit next to me or at the same table like last time. I thought this was interesting. 

Anyway, I catch them glancing over at me periodically throughout the night. I make my way to the washroom, take one look at the girl who gave me the shittiest replies, look her dead in the eyes and just gave her a "Hey.", her eyes almost doubled in size. She asked me how I was and I said "good" and proceeded to make my way to the pisser. 

I walk back into the banquet hall and her eyes are on me the whole way through until I sit. In walks the next chick I was actually gaming. A few hours before work she texted me a shit test after I teased her and I just ignored and carried on with my day. This girl was just as observant of me as the first girl. The guys at my table even took notice. 

Fast forward to the end of the shift. I leave without saying a word to these girls but make a point to say goodbye to my fellow bartenders. My whole exit is examined.

20 some minutes later I'm in the middle of downtown at a stop sign just on my phone trying to meet up with a buddy. All of a sudden the girl I was gaming was right beside me, nervous as shit. Like you could see this girl almost trembling. I greeted her and started to make some pointless ass banter, until I got bored.. then I turned it up. I started teasing her and I could tell she was getting stifled as fuck. She got extremely quiet and tentative. When she spoke, I couldn't even hear her. I had to call her out on it and she got super shy. Considering this girl isn't as hot as some of the other servers, I understand why this was happening. She doesn't have that level of confidence/esteem as the top tier chicks. My teasing was literally rocking her fucking insides. We went our separate ways after I noticed she got way too into her head. It was crazy, I've never had that sort of influence over a girl so early on in a newly established relationship.

I realized I might have teased her too hard, I didn't want her to feel insecure. She's cute and cool. I decided to send her a quick text, it was her birthday after all.

Me: nts: vocal lessons for (her name)

Her: :p

(This is where I knew I had to let her know I think she's cool and she can relax a bit)

Me: it's cool, it makes you a phenomenal listener. I like that (decided to let her know it's cool she's a quiet/shy girl)

Her: Haha I always think I'm talking louder than I am, I'm not intentionally a silent person (Bam, qualified herself and she trusted me enough to share the insecurity that was floating around in her mind during the interaction. Perfect)

Me: haha it's ok to be shy

Her: Nooo! I'm not even shy hahaha just quiet (More qualifying herself)

Me: haha i'll give you that only cuz it's your bday. Goodnight ;)

Her: Haha! Night! (princess emoji)

I don't think this will take much effort to pull off at this point if I decide to bone her. I think it's best I don't though considering it might create drama at work but damn, it's crazy how I'm realizing this shit as it's happening and then acting accordingly. Also my presence and the way I hold/carry myself is improving each and every day. Fucking wicked.

Side note - I have that girl who was rude/giving me attitude before, talking to me and engaging more in message as well now after tonight. Go figure lol.

How do you deal with that? I mean ive handled rude girls a shit loads of times before but most of the times its some random girl on the street or something.

But there is this chick in my dorm that was probably not popular in high school and she isnt that attractive either. But her attitude is the wooorst lol. Like she spreads way too much negativity and tries to be "bossy" all the time. Usually i just laugh because i think she embarrasses herself but i think lately she has become comfortable enough to act worse. Like yesterday she wanted me to go with her and her friend to the club and im like no i have to study... then they seemed kinda bored so i suggested playing a drinking game and ill drink juice instead of alcohol and straight out of nowhere shes like "IF YOUR NOT GONNA DRINK ALCOHOL, FUCK OFF" in an offensive tone. I was just like yo thats rude you shouldnt talk like that and she got quiet. I get along with basicly all the girls but her, and of course i dont care of what she says to me but i dont want that kind of negativity in the dorm do you feel me?

Cholo, that sounds like A LOT of girls I met last year in college. What I have been doing is giving the really bitchy girls genuine compliments, but only when they deserve them.. so, if she's being a bitch, I won't compliment her. If she's being cool and stuff then I will. I notice that they are just really insecure and like MW said, it's just a defence mechanism for them. If you can break down their walls a bit, it's all good and they actually end up coming around. Can't say ALL of them come around, but for the most part they do. From my experience at least. The ones that don't come around, I just end up ignoring because I don't like conversing with negatively people on a regular basis. It's lame.

I feel like I don't need to say anything to her, I think she picked up that I don't fuck around lol she shaped her own attitude for the most part, I'll just do what I can to make sure she keeps it that way when interacting with me.

Well i rarely think she is cool except for when she helps me with my dishes and cleaning  lol (shes done it like 2 times)

Bit of an update on how building up my value and presence at work is going - 

So far, wicked. I am making friends with everyone, adding them all up on FB. Crackin' jokes with the hotties and makin' solid friendships with the guys.

Also, noticed that some girls who are interested are starting to converse with me more via - face to face interactions, text, facebok, etc. 

I been getting lots of shit tests from the girls who are obviously interested and I have just been blowing right through them.

Still haven't met a large portion of the staff due to orientation times. Will work on that. 

Going to continue talking to everyone and just standing out in a positive, relatable way.

My goals for tonight are to meet some people I haven't met and to game the girls a little harder. I feel like I need to do more to get emotional responses out of them.

Question - Do you guys know how to get more of an emotion reaction/investment out of some girls. I can tell they are very shy and don't really know how to react to me sometimes. I would say they are quiet and tentative which is good but at the same time, I would love to actually converse with them instead of gaming myself and having fun all the time. I'm a sucker for good convo. Maybe I'm not being polarizing enough. I remember Alex saying that this is what you want anyway, for the girl to be quiet and listening to you.

Just banged one of the servers. I think I'm the first bartender at this club to do that as well. Feels good. On to the next one.

Just saw this. Hectic few days.

So basically, had a full busy day of work on Friday. I work two jobs right now just piling up some cash for traveling/school. Anyway, finished up at my day time job and stopped by the bar for a quick training session (haven't officially opened yet).

I get off work, meet up with a fellow buddy/gamer/bartender. We shoot the shit at the university in Van, at this weird sorority alcohol tasting event. Was kinda gay. We bailed and grabbed some grub and headed back DT. I sent this girl a text in case she was free. She was.

Me: whatcha doing

Her: Watching movies you?

Me: oh nothing just got off work, lets do something

Her: Like what haha

Me: eat, drinks or watch movies, its been a long day

Her: I dunno haha I'm so tired

(Realized I was putting in no effort and should try a bit harder)

So we end up at the sushi place, we're trying to fucking chat but can't. The place is playing the loudest fuckin' music. It was like a club/pub/sushi joint all in one. Worst fucking idea ever.

Due to the situation I figured it was better to try my non verbal game. I basically let her talk the most over that food and I just used strong eye contact and light kino the whole way through. It was cool using facial expressions to communicate. We basically left the sushi place and ended up back at her friend's place across the street. I work with the two girls that we were visiting.

I had to sit across on a different sofa than the chick I was with because of lack of space during the movie. - Great more bullshit - So, I was quick with my thinking while we all chatted and whipped my phone out.

We pull up to the place and she says I can't go in (what the fuck). Apparently her tenant's don't let her have anyone over at 10pm.. and her room was a "mess". I laugh and play it cool, just teased her about paying for a place she has no control over. 

I stare her up and down and she gives me a hug and is gettin' ready to get out. In my head I'm like "nah, you're staying.".

I look at her, tell her to "come here." She comes in closer and we start making out. Immediately I rip her jacket open, tongue up and down her neck. Popped those tits right out.

She looks at me and is like "Let's not do anything crazy tonight" and I smile and say "Cool, get in the back seat.". To the backseat she goes.

Got started on girl #2. She's a solid 9.

I got her number infront of all the guys and girls at the pub when we all went for drinks, took a few minutes. The guys were such lil' pussies, wouldn't even look at her to talk or anything, you shoulda seen their faces when I did this lol. She invites me and her friend and another guy over for drinks. We all go. Couldn't close cause of logistics and the fact that there were too many people around, but she asks me out lol... Haven't had a girl do that in a while. I say "yes". I'll be having drinks with her this week.

You should see the guys drooling over this chick and chasing her around the bar. It's funny lol, I pretty much ignore her all shift and talk to the other trainers and servers. I'll occaisionally say or do something to keep her engaged enough, but nothing overtly obvious. She's pickin' up on my vibe.

I figured I needed to be proactive, the set/emotions would have died out since the movie was so fucking long and we were chatting about irrelevant shit.

Apparently there was this live wire on the steps and a bit of an indent where you place your foot which is obviously a disaster waiting to happen lol - construction guys are still finishing up the renovations.

I laugh since I noticed it and stepped over and I walk over to them. I notice a new group of faces a few tables down and just asked if we hired more servers/bartenders, We have over 100 staff members now. I feel like that's a little overkill but whatever.

These girls are like "Yeah apparently there are a few new hires or those are the people that have been away for orientation and couldn't make it." I laugh and say "Good, we have enough people working here."

This one cute little redhead/brunette chick looks at me and goes "Ya I heard they were going to weed some people out and make room for those people. I think you're fired. I heard them say you're name and that you're the first to go." I laugh and go "Oh really? They said that? They singled me out, eh?" She laughes and goes "Yup. Specifically you, no one else in particular. It must be something about you. I heard them say your name a few times." I grin and look her dead in the eye, change my facial expression to a challenging/puzzled look and go "What's my name again?" She blushes and starts laughing. Everyone is laughing. Roasted lol. Opening day is tmr. I've become sort of this center of attention at work. The trainers are allowed to come out with us after opening. Looks like I'm going to be shooting for some dimes. So lately, I been fitting in with everyone, orchestrating events, chilling with the guys and girls and just establishing my name in the bar. So far, so fucking good. I'm literally killing it. It's just getting better and better. I almost have my pick of the litter when it comes to the girls. This is where I feel like I need to watch who I bang and game though, I don't want to just be banging any chicks. Just the babes.

Question here - When you know a girl has a bf but she doesn't mention it and engages with you in conversation, flirting, etc. This is normally a good sign correct? Usually the girl will tell me but there has only been a few times where they didn't say a thing. (the trainers that are into me have bfs, they haven't mentioned it but I know. They number closed me and want to chill, will meet up with them for sure.)
