How to Deal with Flakey or "too Busy" Girls

I wanted to know how do you go about texting the girl ?
Ive been racking up on numbers and I always feel the interaction goes great, laughing, flirting, leading her outside, qualifying, ask to hang out, get #, talk Alil more, leave, come back , then leave party, then next day I'll text all the girls I got numbers from and some won't answer back and when they do I'll ask to hang out and they flake ... Some are with it and some arent but very few are . How do you deal with this, what am I doing wrong ?
I'm trying to get consistent meetups & I came here because I heard this is a good forum that offers a lot of value that's ment for text game .
I would really appreciate if you helped me out, been having this problem for a while now

Just work on your text game and also work on your in-person game... it's a combination of the two, probably.

I think you went on too much, made her uncomfy. I havent seen any girl agreeing on having sex on the phone, never works... Never. I am not gonna give any text advice as i am shit myself but i know one thing (my in-person game is tight), if you dont react to we are not gonna have sex, you me no no no kinda shit, you will fuck her!! Its the basic indicator that she wanna fuck you, but wanna be sure whether u are cool enough. Happened to me numerous times, didnt react, fucked them all...
