How Do I Get a Girl's Number in Front of Her Father?

I work at the busiest restaurant in a resort town with a retarded ratio of poles to holes. [I am moving after the season ends here in 6 weeks]. The talent in the restaurant is better than out at the bars, but its challenging to get contact info because I'm so busy. There have been a few times recently when there were cute girls with their family and I could tell there was attraction, but I didn't have the balls to go for it in front of the dad. In this case the dad was even asking me questions about where I'm from and such. The girls were prob 20 or so.
Anyone have any jedi tricks or indirect but fast ways to get the number without pissing the dad off?

Personally, I would direct
Personally, I would direct the conversation into a "lighthearted" place and then off handidly slip it in and see what happens.
Get it after you get your tip though= Like as they are leaving, just tap her on the shoulder, get your fundamentals on point and just be like, "Look- I don't do this often but you were one of the most fun people I've had at my tables today... I'm only here for a couple weeks but I have some friends who I'm showing around the beach this week- give me your number and we can all meet up"
-personally, I ALWAYS set myself up as the leader of my group of friends- I never relate a story to a chick where I am the one being taken around- I always set it up so that I look like i'm in control of my group of friends
-Then, obviously, you don't meet up with all your friends.
But yeah- that's how I would do it... Get it all in a good "lighthearted" mood, throw it out there in that space, just notice how it takes amongst the group- you're not being reactive here, just doing some initial recon (plus you might get it right here- it's like making a semi-bluff in poker if you have like 4 to a flush on the flop, you might bet out like 2/3 the pot because you have decent odds of actually hitting it LATER ON but ALSO- there is a lot of fold equity (which is why if someone ELSE were to bet out 2/3 of the pot before you- there's a good chance the right play is to fold- because you lose that fold equity that you get by being the aggressor) that you get (which in this case translates to you having a chance of getting it right there and if you don't- it sets the stage for later)
I mean, look, that's just how I would do it- but you can also just ask for it right in front of the dad- the issue here is that you obviously run into the risk of getting in trouble- and when it comes to work, it's best to be safe... this isn't a club or even daygame where you don't have much to worry about (I've gotten plenty of numbers in front of parents) so play it right but also play it in the way that's going to keep you with your job at the end of the day
