How pushy is it ok to be?

This girl I run into and talk to like every other day, used to be pretty chill, she and her friends defs love me in person, fun fun haha blah.
When I've texted her however to set something up she kind of replied teh first time and blatantly ignored the second time AFTER she approached me between the two. I really do like this girl and her roommate, if not for 'getting some' just to chill and go partying with.
In this situation do you just wait till the next time you see her and be like "stop beeing a fag, come chill naow", do you text something along those lines, do you call and say something or just decide.
I would usually just next and 'find moar girls' but whereas I see this girl around campus and she blatantly walks up to me and talks for like 30 minutes, I don't see any reason NOT to at least take a freebie fun date with two girls at once.

Sorta Not Really. Literally talked to these girls maybe 5 times in the past year. 3 of those times being this week. The other two at parties beginning of the year. Super touchy, oddly sexual friends maybe. I'd think of it more as that girl you make eyes with, chatted up a few times, but never really took it anywhere.
