Something I'd like to add is that besides dominance which I covered here, you can communicate almost anything through your voice.
Fun, humor, relaxation, sexuality, etc. Having emotional versatility in your voice allows you to shift the vibe of the interaction in whichever direction you desire.
So even though I sound very commanding in this blog, my voice differs depending on the situation.
When I get sexual with girls, I'll soften my tone, and flow slower and smoother in her ear. Complete different vibe than here.
What breaking rapport is great for is commanding attention, holding court, and projecting dominance.
