Looking for something that hits your inner game, something similar to Tolle. Would be sick if I could just plug in and listen to it, like before bed or something along those lines. Anyone have any suggestions? 

Specifically topics along the lines of  --> Purpose, Being Centered, Freedom of Outcome, Taking Action, Stopping Negativity, etc.

Okay I'll get a hold of those

Okay I'll get a hold of those as soon as I can.

I tried listening to it while I worked out and it was a no go for me.

So, instead I popped it in before bed as I laid there and I gotta say the feelings were pretty intense. I felt really anxious when he started mentioning certain things and I would remember feeling really sad like almost fucking crying.. then this huge relief after he explained how to let it just flow through you. I been trying a lot of the same technique he goes over today whenever I felt anxious or angry or anything really negative and man it was sick. The feelings lasted like a minute if that and after my body just relaxed and I was like completely present again, not zoning out as much as I normally do and I even felt just genuinely at ease for most of the day. It was like the energy I had around me was radiating cause I kept getting all these curious looks from everyone, especially the girls. It's so hard to explain but so far after being in a slump for so long and coming back to reality and getting back to my daily routines, I'm starting to feel pretty badass..

Going to keep this up every night for the next few nights and really pay attention to these feelings and changes. 

As a side note, best sleep of my life last night aside from waking up to take a piss.... unreal.
