Inspirational prank calls

There's a site with recorded prank calls that are done by a chatbot that uses pre-recorded stuff to fight telemarketing: http://donotcallchristmas.com/
It seems pretty interesting in terms of convo dynamics and holding a frame as a lot of the answers have absolutely nothing with what the real person is asking. And yet they end up reacting to that.
Obviously there are limits of how far you can push that and for how long. But I've seen Julien do something similar in some infield video where he basically keeps teasing the girl and doesn't give her space to tease him back. This whole thing seems like a pretty useful tool.
