I thought hypnosis is something that the subject must be completely aware and ok with. I wonder if he actually forgot why he pulled the dude over, or his frame just got completely squashed and gave up.
I know that some people react to hypnosis very well, but a cop in that position of authority just doesn't make sense.

thats kinda what I was getting at. Maybe the cop was just stunned that he was being treated iike that because it logically made no sense.
