Keto vs. Low Fat
What sort of diet approach do you guys prefer when cutting. I can do both but I notice I get to eat a shitload tastier foods on keto. Low fat gives me freedom with carbs though.
Any suggestions/personal experiences?
How bout neither one. I don't think either approach is healthy. If I had to choose I'd go with keto. Keto kills your energy and you have to have a refeed day at least once a week. But. low fat is just opening yourself up to all types of health issues.
Just cut calories and do some light cardio and you'll lose weight at a healthy pace.
I'm more than likely going to do a 40, 40, 20 split of macros and go from there.
I only have about 12ish pounds to go. If I can gut this out, shouldn't take too long.
I'm finding girls are digging the whole leaner guy look in my area as opposed to the big, jacked guys. Not sure why it's like this lately... God damn hipsters.
