At the beginning of the day today I was concerned about certain aspects of my compensation and I brought it up with one other individual who I trusted.

By 8:00pm EST- a "Secret Team Meeting" has been organized with every member of the ny office, minus our boss, to discuss how we're going to approach this.

lol, I was bein melodramatic but yeah, it's going to be discussed and something will happen. Hopefully it can be done in a way that makes sense for everyone.

Not trying to start anything, more just curious how everyone else feels about this same issue. Good to have the discussion and open communication.

The most important part, for me, is that I'm not linked to it.

I did not organize the actual meeting. I spoke to two people in total about this situation and simply want to have open communication.

I'm not going down for this bishes. In fact, at this point, I've asserted myself as a "follower" of the movement.
