Im thinking your from England. I lived in Leeds for a while and I remember a majority of English girls are very hard to warm up to. Especially if your doing day game. Starting off with a light, polite conversation and slowly making it sexual was the best way, in my opinion, to warm up to them.  I also remember when I was in London the women were much more open for random conversation.
