My boss literally just asked me, "would you be comfortable going to Bryant park and striking up conversations with strangers? "

I wasnt quite sure how to go about responding yo such a question.

"Actually, in the past month, I've spent more time talking to strangers than I have spent shitting and eating combined"

yeah- it's crazy how, even though I don't feel I'm that super great at this stuff yet- when my coworkers see me in action around girls or just people in general, they are like, "Dude... you're REALLY good at this shit..." (meaning sales// engaging people) ...

*shrug*

I think it has more to do with their own limiting beliefs and insecurities, than with any skillset I may or may not have.

^^ yeah maybe. But it's not really ever the skillset you have. Skills in field can be developed like social intuition but really everyone has game it's just covered and stifled by your own bullshit. So like you said it has to do with your coworkers insecurities and what not. Literally everyone even a socially retarded 15 year old has had experiences outside of social conditioning where you interact with a stranger and things "go well." may not happen often to most people but it's awesome when it does. Thinking about this now, it is really a good feeling. When I was a teen and met an older one whose personality instifled me and allowed me to be me and vibe with them it's amazing. You walk away so happy. It's truely giving value

And Hahaha this is hilarious. Yeah tell him you have AA and then convince him to allow you to approach on the clock for the sake of your work.
