Main site organization/flow
Any thoughts on this? I know it blows but I had to for specific reasons I can't discuss right now.
But going forward I've got some plans as far as visual lay-out and organization.. but I need to know from you guys how you think it would be the most helpful/accessible to have the site content organized. Are there any sites out there that you think really bring it all together in a visually organized kind of way? Thx for your input

I think you need to advertise that your much more than a dating coach, you could make it more clear that you will help students with business planning, school, time mangement, health, etc..
You could label yourself as a "life coach" lol, because your program is just much greater than getting women

Yes, MW is much more than a dating coach....
But how does he standout. Surely it's in his ability to coach men into becoming more successful with women. That's where he's head above the rest.
If he talks about how he coaches on school, time management and business planning and fitness or whatever, then no one would take him sersiouly. Trying to be the jack of all trades is the worst mistake that anyone can make. I'm sure MW has great advice and coaching in these different areas but to even mention them would be to dillute what he's actually known for - dating coach.
You have to position yourself as an absolute master in one primary field.
With that said
The best way to approach it would be to talk about how becoming amazing with women will act as a catalyst in so many other areas of your life. Your work, school, health and relationship life will go through the roof. You'll become more solid and present.......
Could mention how many times the people you coach end up doing better in school, getting promotions and having greater business success

I agree with the above guys in terms of your services-
Once you get to a certain point in the training, you just seem to realize that you're improving yourself as a person through such an array of different qualities- and the immersion to it is pretty damn straightfoward and simple. You seem to lay it out in an "x+y = z"-type format, that simple straight-foward "get to the core of the issue" process you go through needs to come through in the site itself.
Assjockeying aside ;) Purely in terms of the layout:
- If the blog's still the centerpiece, make it purer, make it more obvious and clearer for the reader-
(i.e. http://zenhabits.net/likeachineseacrobat/ or medium.com) - they make it much more of a pleasure to read through font size and breathing space.
- Ditch the sidebar altogether and go for a more horizontal look- I've never once used that sidebar on the right for navigation of the site- it's all in the header/footer.

I'd really be building your list. Create a report to give to people for free for opting in to your newsletter. Create an aweber account. The bio in the widget of your site doesn't look very good. It's too long! Instead I'd create an about me page. And use the widget space for a free report with opt in of course.
Also I'd keep your posts more streamlined. Stick to 4 general topics that every article can fall under. This will make the user experience greater.
Throw a solid picture at the start of each of your new articles, this makes it much more compelling to read.
Also, take a break from railing chicks and blast out some fresh content more often. Your videos are pretty fantastic, try and record something each week! Get more infield stuff, that will rapidly build you a bigger following.
I'd also create a home page section with a video that explains a bit who you are.....
I think some people might come to your site and get the wrong idea. That you help guys that want to just fuck a bunch of slutty chicks. Surely that's not at all what you're about.
I think you need to pull people into your reality as soon as they come to your site!
Explain what's going on, how people have been essentially programmed from group think to make a huge deal about sex and to sabotage any chances of having great relationships.
How when it comes down to it, sex is one of the most awesome things ever. It's not about just banging a bunch of chiks and getting that ego stroak. The first step is to dis-identify from the ego and to come from a place of inner alignement. To become present to the absolute moment.
It's a win win. Girls love sex, that's what they want. They just don't want to feel judged and have some guy who is obsessed with their ego. So when you develop the right skill set to make girls comfortable around you while properly leading and escalating, sex just happens naturally.
Girls feel fufilled and you have awesome sex and if you want meainingful relationships this is the best way to go about it. Holding off from sex becaues you think you may like someone is ass backwards...
Also talk about the 80/20 rule but in this case it's the 95/5 rule
5% of the guys are having sex with 95% of the hott chicks.... This makes guys a fucking hott commodity. There's so few guys that have this skillset down. That act like sex isn't a big deal and act through their own intentions. So when you learn this shit and make it who you are.... Girls will have sex with you very quickly and they'll love it.
