Man these supplements are cool (onnit.com and Joe Rogan)
Anybody try any of this shit? I'm super interested in the alpha brain product.
I read some reviews and watched a few videos of Joe Rogan and some UFC dudes claiming that these onnit products are awesome
apha brain claims to increase lucid dreaming, sounds interesting..
I heard they are pretty weak generic nootropics.
I don't take nootropics... My buddy uses them and like this one - http://thefocusfuel.com/
He used to do modafinil and says this is the closest thing to it.
look into magnesium. I usually don't trust brands that are into the big supplement business and giving products names like "muscle tech", or "hydrodyna big dick"
I took alpha Brain the second time around that i took the LSAT. For those Who dont know Its the equivalent to SATs but for law school. Def way more difficult than sat. I jumped from scoring median first time with out alpha Brain to scoring up to 85th perceptile, and fully believe i couldve scored higher if i didnt work full time most of the time i studied. Underperformed on the real thing and hit 80th percentile, Which is still really good. People if they jump, Usually 3 pts max. Less than 10% jump the way i did on a retake. Now i cant say for sure it was the alpha Brain as there were other factors Which helped, such as a higher quality prep course that i took and giving myself 10 weeks versus 6 weeks. But i can say that i felt good on alpha Brain. An eerie buzz like focus when on it. Dreams were hella vivid and i felt like i was getting better rest / able to operate with less sleep at my mental peak. Take my anecdotal evidence with a grain of salt. I think it helped a little bit at least. Possible a placebo effect, possibly the nootropic worked. I dont know. But i do think it helped and plan on ordering some for law school. I also took max recommendation.
Alphabrain huh. Got links for that?
Also i recommend the max dosage as thats when i felt like it was kicking in. I made sure to take them 15 min before i started class or studying.
Oh oh also if you want to induce moré vivid dreams take max dosage before you go to bed. Way trippier
I'm not ready to conduct a $70 experiment. Cheaper or lower count version, geezez. Is there a generic alternative?
There is a 30 capsule one for $25-30.
Yeah saw it. It's funny I'm writing the chapter on "Aloof & Assuming" style and voila
https://www.onnit.com/alphabrain/ <----Manwhore here is the link
I did some research and the only issue I have with this stuff is it is supposed to raise choline levels. Apparently choline (has a long scientific name) increase nuero placticity and helps synaptic signals fire quickers. However, some people are what they call "choline dominant", and the supplements provide an overload. Choline dominant people already have very active brains, but tend to be more anxious. I already have lucid dreams n shit, so I suspect i'm already at my choline max.
Just ordered some, adventureeee
I tried it. It works alright, but I think it's overpriced.
