MW, please share if you have any thoughts on the article:
. Since you have a military background, what the best way of going about getting that "experiential development" as the article says.
My goal in the next 1-2 years is to become a boss at work and in 3-5 years become the CEO even if i have to start my own company lol. .
Part of all this pussy chasing for me is training the mind for bigger goals.

Yes that's a GREAT article man. Definitely follow up with that.
One of the biggest realizations I had in developing my leadership skills, was the paradigm shift that it was NOT about me and how awesome I was. It had nothing to do with showcasing myself and my abilities, but in using the resources of an entire GROUP of people, to get something done, and to shine through that.
