Some of the delay was my fault.

Also I'm coming to find that there are frustrating issues and setbacks that pop up in putting on a production like that, that you never would have expected.

With my stuff I'm trying to do, its like setback after setback after setback. Had to fire my web developer and code myself, realized there were problems with the design so had to go back and redesign, realized I suck at graphic design, so I had to find someone to hire, had an emergency and had to draw from the money I had budgeted to cover it, then after all that, my drawing tablet shits the bed a few days ago... freakin great. Overall something that I thought was going to take a month, has taken five.

So yeah, I'm sure Manwhore's been having to deal with his own obstacles.

Yeah completely understood, hindrances are a natural part of getting your product out there. It just makes more sense to be more realistic about delivery dates and potential roadblocks upfront instead of frustrating users. Tho I'd say it has a cool side effect - really intensifies anticipation

During the "initial" production phase I had a horrible injury, hospitalization, and recovery process. Eating through a straw 'n shit. It set me back in lots of different ways as I'm sure you can imagine. The book is about 90% done but one thing that happened that I did not expect was the simple fact the book expanded. Remember this is a work of art, not just some bullshit regurgitated marketing hash on text game like every other "text game" book out there. I'm putting my brain on paper and it is intense. This chapter I'm working on now I was stuck on for two weeks! The last one same thing lol. It's coming, believe me. The other thing is I've been super busy with other projects like live training programs, the long-term program, as well as another somewhat massive business enterprise I've got in the works. There are times where the book simply doesn't have priority. Feel free to cancel your preorder if that'll take some of the pressure off for you ;)
