Meditation and Tolle
I've been into Tolle for six months or so now. I've listened to pracitcing the power of now a few dozen times. That shit is powerful and everytime I listen to it I feel more present than ever. I feel lightness, ease and joy and a connectedness with being. As well, I've learned to apply his teaching to my everyday life and being able to observe my mind and use my mind as a tool without being identified with it.
With that said, I've litened to it so much it's starting to get washed out. I'm thinking about getting into the other audio's like realizing the power of now or stillness speaks. Now I'm also thinking about doing transcendental meditation for 20 minutes each morning. I mean the research on TM is pretty incredible...
If you've done both, what are your thoughts and experiences. Without getting into the Tolle audio's, I doubt I ever would be able to stick through TM. But have any of you worked with both and if so, can you offer your insight. Is it unnecessary to do TM each morning in conjuction with 20 minutes of Tolle audio's in the afternoon?
I just had such an increidble experience with Practicing the Power of Now and I want to keep that going, I just want something fresh.
The next one I started listening to was Realizing the Power of Now
A new earth is his best work in my opinion
Cool going to download realizing the power of now. Just listened to sample of it and it's very slow paced, I can feel myself being more present and still already.
