Definitely agree with this,

Definitely agree with this, but there are so many things you can do to aid the metabolism, but again those things are minor and should just supplement your training program and diet.

It's all about the grind.

It's all about the grind. Sometimes your body will plateau for a while. But eventually the results will show

There are diet modifications

There are diet modifications you can make for those last couple pounds as well. Back in the wrestling days, when we were close to the weight we were supposed to be at, we'd cut the carbs to shit and within a week or two we'd be shredded and right on weight.

What's your diet lookin' like MW?

My diet is good but yeah I

My diet is good but yeah I think that's the problem. I'm 166.0 lbs my next target weight was 165 so I'm right on top of it. But I think I lost some muscle recently as I was down in Colombia for a month and all I was doing was the two-towel ab workout,  the 100 Pushup Challenge- which I'm almost done with, plus running 2-4 miles in the morning several days out of the week. I never lifted any weights.

If I had to blame anything I'd say it's the "going out" lifestyle. Having a few drinks most times I go out, plus maybe chilling with a couple glasses of wine at night if I'm just at home working.. I think that's what holds me back. I don't eat much and I eat raw and healthy 85% of the time. Though I do like going out to eat- which one Thai cuisine dinner must be 3000 calories or so it fucking seems. Even dining out once seems to make you lose days of progress..
