A few days ago I get this from a number I don't recognize
had the urge to check in and say hello...:)

so today I google the number and I get a hit from an obscure clothing designer website, her name is there and I know damn well who it is. It's a married girl who I have flirted with a bit in person and on Facebook. Her husband is a huge pussy and spyed her Facebook. I wrote about how he actually called me in another post. When he confronted me I sort of politely called him a pussy for calling me rather than handling things with his wife. I made the deal with him on the phone that I wouldnt be the next to contact her, but made no guarantees if she contacted me. I shouldn't have made this deal but we have a close mutual friend and out of respect for that I agreed to give him that much. I've seen him since in the social circle a couple of times. The first time was totally cool and friendly at a dinner party. After that the girl re-engaged with me on Facebook, she was pissed because she had found out about the snooping. She went to Costa Rica for a few weeks. I saw the husband again and he ignored me, also I found out later that he's been talking shit about me. So here's my conundrum: I feel an obligation based on this guys shitty disrespect for his girl (snooping, manipulating messages on fb) and for me (talking shit and deleting messages even though I honoured our deal and all I'm guilty of is some VERY light flirting) to bang this girl. Otoh I'm starting to suspect that at this point that she's allowing him to see her communications ie. with me and using them (using me) as some kind of leverage point to make him jealous or something.. Hmm
Yeah she's probably just trying to flush a response out of you, for whatever reason. Whether to manipulate her husband or get your dick, or probably both. I would just hold off on this one, you'll obviously come into contact with her again but this is really just bait at this point. Don't entertain it, for now.

Ok so this guy pretty much had a job set up for himself that he had arranged through a partner of mine. After careful consideration I veto'd it based on the way he has been handling himself ie. not how I would like an associate of mine to carry himself, despite being otherwise qualified. We havent filled the position yet but I have reason to believe he knows he's shot himself in the foot. I notice him out last night, he goes out of his way to come approach me with my group (me, another dude or two and several attractive girls) and try and say "hi, whatsup" nicey nice bullshit. He lingers long enought for it to get just slightly awkward before returning to his table. I notice his wife is there, I ran into her briefly and just said hi.
After her group leaves the lounge she texts me this
would want to talk more if not being watched by a hawk! Hope you're well. You look good.
