need some advice on juggling girls

so there's this hot 18 year old girl that might be able to chill next Friday, she doesn't know if she'll be busy that day though. there's another girl that's off on weekends that's not as hot but will most likely be free on that Friday.
which should I pick? should I go for the hotter, but mo likely to flake one or the other girl.

Double book and preemptively flake on the flakey girl if you think shes gonna flake. If she follows through flake on the girl who isnt as hot.
