Hey guys! I’m new to this forum and looking forward to posting and commenting on here.

Thank you first of all to all of you (especially, MW, PB, Buddhagames, icewahine, Meow, darkrain, kimnasty.. and so many more I can’t write all!), for helping me get laid with your advice and text threads.

A bunch of my texts are straight up plagiarized from the forum although now I am trying to develop my own voice and internalize (rather than just regurgitate) the vibe/edge you guys are showing.

I’m also starting to realize (after reading so many of your threads) that there are many different persona you can adopt when you are texting - depending on the girl (playful/aggressive/childlike/ daddylike/nonchalant/persistent/ and various energy levels etc).

Knowing what vibe the girl requires at a given moment is hard and will take time. But maybe what’s more important is making sure YOU are behind each persona.

It’s like if you were a tree and all the little branches and berries are the various persona you can adopt that first entices and attracts the girl. But she needs to feel at some point that there is a fat trunk where all the flamboyance stems from, that she can lean on, when it comes times to cut the bullshit. This is what I am trying to work on. I think this is especially important in textgame because it’s virtual and she doesn’t have a physical body in front of her. (I find it easier to be authentic in real life)

I think one good way of doing this, like MW says in the 19 rules, is to actually be honest to the girl about what’s going on in my life. So when she asks ‘what have you been up to?’ Instead of saying ‘I’ve been out slaying fat kids for donuts’ I might say what I’ve actually been up to.

Striking that right balance between authenticity and edge is key I think, but then maybe it’s not about a balance at all…
