1.  10% bf  or less by April 1.  I need to be ready for pool season this year and my catchphrase is No Fucking Excuses.  So I have to nail nutrition and training since I have 3 months, 12 weeks, and work to do.

2.  Take boxing/muay thai training to the next level and start sparring at least once a week.

3.  Eat for long-term health.  So yeah I'll be losing fat but I need to focus on quality of calories, and make sure I'm eating enough veggies.  If I'm consistent with leafy green veggies and fiber, I recover better from workouts and sleep better, as well as have a more smoothly functioning digestive system.

Please share yours, even if you think NY Resolutions are silly, its a good time as any to lay out your goals.

Aim for healing the weak

Aim for healing the weak joints and tendons in my body, i.e. knees and shoulders...

Clear up my skin from this tinea skin shit I got going on which also means clear up some of my emotional shit

Be able to go full lotus and hand stand

Do bioenergetics/dynamic meditation everyday for a total of an hour

No eating for pointless emotional reasons (no mindless snacking)

Get a daily routine going on and stick to it no matter what

Eat only what is necessary when necessary

Lighten the fuck up and enjoy life more.
