I'm getting more numbers than I have time for.
But is it still bad to get a # and not text her for 1-2 weeks?? Or should I just have short convos and/or send her some texts to "keep them hot"
Some of these interactions are very short, like 1 min pick up at the Uni gym. I've never built rapport over text. In your guys' experience is that worth it? or is it better to just hit them all up to meet up and let the numbers game do the work?

It depends. Generally if I think the girl is sexy I run proper text game. I've absolutely banged 15 second number closes so yes you can definitely get awesome lays out of super fast interactions with new girls.
