Okcupid Text Convo- Meeting tonight probably

Convo below is correct convo- After she doesn't respond to my initiial text- I shoot her a pic message that manwhore's app cant process, and it's a pic message of my mortal combat machine with the caption, "Def. just bought this bad boy"

Rest of convo plays out fine.... Ibut I was curious what some guys thought about speciific moments where the vibe seemed to very slightly go off course  (this is super slight... but at this point the very slight shit is where I'm primarily focusing)....I feel I adjusted and brought it back nicely, but kinda curious if anyone else sees what I'm talking about and can explain it... (also look at time stamps)..... or maybe I'm crazy

Girl: Are you my friend that had surgery :)
Me - 1 hr 59 mins later: Yess I am
Me: You never brought me any food : (
Girl: Hahaha you didn't text me until after you were better!

Girl - 7 mins later: I'm leaving DC for thanksgiving Tuesday after work. Maybe we can end up at the same bar tonight?

Like for example- i threw in the "hehe" after my last text cause I thought I was coming across justtttt slightlllly too confident and starting to border on that "obnoxious cocky" which is outside of the rsange of attraction.... and I guess I was hoping the "hehe" would be enough to tone hat back down... and looks like it worked okay

Thoughts anyone? 

Also- now it's closing time.... so what's the best way to bring this home? 

The only issue with all of this is that there is no way im gonna end up meeting her unless she goes out of her way to be at where im at.... i just know how my buddy and i get when we go out at night... and we havent chilled in a minutee soooo yeahhh haha

I don't think there's any issues here, you're obviously going to meet up with this girl at some point she's too invested. You can always resort to torture if she seems like she's falling off, "You know you will never be able to live with yourself, you will always wonder what would have happened if you fought subzero. You need closure"

What do you think created this level of investment? - Is this a result of my okc profile,  the texting, or maybe just randomness of this particular girl? 

Also - is this level of investment, before the meetup, something that might lend itself to first-date LMR?
