One of my sticking points i've discovered lately

One of my sticking points i've noticed lastely is that I dont lead or take charge. For example, last night i met up with a new rsd dude and its coo i am chating with him but when its comes to sarge i wait until he "picks a set" and he leads where we are going in the club.
Being in that frame where i am the authority, is still kinda foreign to me.
Last sunday, i was talking to public speaking instructor and she said something like
Sometimes "we are afraid of having and holding that power", "it makes us feel vunerable".
I feel though, compared to two or three months ago, i've made alot of progress in feeling like the "boss" and taking charge of interactions - evidently its not always "on", unless I force myself to do it.

Forcing yourself to do it is the same thing. It becomes natural. You're training your body and mind to see taking charge as a natural thing for you. It's how "naturals" did it. Nothing different.
Once you push yourself and just blindly act(literally blindly- almost as if you sidestep your own thinking process and do the action without thinking), you realize it's not that difficult.
