Opinions on Kinesiology course(s)
Okay guys so I have just about finished doing my schedule for school this semester and I need to decide on is a Kino class, there’s somewhat of a story behind it but I want to get to the meat of it. Picking a class lol
My options are:
Swimming
Volleyball
Folklorico (LOSE YOURSELF TO MEXICAN DANCE)
Weight Training
Physical Conditioning
I’m in a position where I want to lose about 15-25 maybe even 30 pounds and keep it off. I definitely need to work out and my dieting needs to be better (more on that in a later post).
I think out of these options: swimming, Physical Conditioning and Weight Training are going to help on that journey. But if I were to join Folklorico or Volleyball, I’d probably meet some decent honeys.
Since I’m a senior in college I haven’t meet any new chicks through classes in about a year or so.

Definitely swimming or volleyball. I consider swimming to be a life skill set. I did it in high school. Volleyball might be fun as long as it's co-ed and at a decently high level. If it's a bunch of derps it's going to suck

Volleyball mang! My class was legit as fuck great times.
I wouldn't do strength and conditioning because it is, at least at my school, a lot of theory for Atheltic Training majors and not soooo much actual lifting. Lift on your own.
