Personal Power Results from a Balance of Masculine and Feminine Forces

"Human relationships exist to produce love. When we pollute our relationships with unloving thoughts, or destroy or abort them with unloving attitudes, we are threatening our emotional survival."

This is a really powerful concept that I think is super important and absolutely mandatory for everyone to understand. We have to understand that relationships exist to produce love. They dont exist to serve your purpose. They don't exist to serve your ego. Relationships exist to produce love.  We have to understand that we have the choice to fertalize them with loving attitudes, but we also have the choice to destroy and poison them. "The experience of love is a choice we make, a mental decision to see love as the only real purpose and value in any situation"

One of the problems with society, is that the typical family is completely and entire imbalanced. The masculine and feminine are not accepting their proper role. The typical relationship in today's society is a struggle. It's a battle between the weak feminine and a fearful, anxiety-driven masculine energy. The typical couple in today's society is at war with eachother, and it's a viscious cycle. That's what a lot of our "role model" relationships look like, so for some of us, the "archetype" of female//male dynamics that we internalize isn't successful- it's innefective and harmful. 

What's interesting though, is that this "battle" goes deeper than our relationships with other people. Perhaps even more importantly, as with most things- our external relationships are simply projections of the structure of our internal world.

Like the quote says above, "Personal power results from a balance of masculine and feminine forces." The key here is that we have a balance, internally, between the active, aggressive, and spirit-full, masculine-energy and the beautiful, calm surrendor of the feminine. When we have a balance between these two forces, when they are workiing together, we are able to operate on a level that's not possible without that balance. 

But what happens, so often, with so many people (including myself), is that, internally, these forces are not in balance. We internalize the world around us, and what we see soon becomes our automated reality. Thefeminine and masculine are at war within us, and as a result we don't fucntion or interact successsfully.
