Good article, mental and physical health are my two favorite topics. In looking at your body as a tool, it's unbelievable in this day and age that people still are resistant to doing what they need to do to have it operate at peak performance. Instead, they run to the docs office to suck down another prescription pill that *usually is not needed
seems like most people on here are well above the norm for taking care of themselves. If you are not yet there though, start working on it. It's amazing how well your body will respond and propel you if you do it right
