Just to let you know what's really going on... I am 42, going back to school to be a doctor. All sorts of stresses on me right now. That said I have been flaked and was fucking crying this week for a few hours. I feel like a loser sharing this, but it's where I'm at. I do EFT to get rid of this stuff. I've found it very effective. I'm meditating again. When I meditate, my approaches go really well. No idea why I allowed myself to stop... Anyway, the place I'm not winning is follow up game.
