I would just make a casual,
I would just make a casual, offhand reference to the fact your company isn't hiring or isn't hiring for what she's looking for, but you are definitely down to give her advice on her resume and her "acting" career. Then give her nonsensical statements/advice like, "You should always write in all caps. To EVERYONE. It shows them you care." But do this after she shows up at the bar. From here it's game on.

Then she goes, "btw- did you get my text the other day?" and I told her, "Yeah- that's why I texted you back" and she goes, "Oh okay, well idk if you were serious but I was serious so if you want, I'd love to meet up and talk about it and show you my resume"
So I hang up then text her
Me: Hey Michelle im not sure were specifically hiring for the position I would see you as but if you want id still be open to meeting up and just going over your resume and giving you some general advise
Her: Definitely thanks so much. If tomorrow works for you id love to talk then
Me: I'm going to my buddies bday party tomorrow
Me: I have plans on friday as well but im free monday
Her: Sweet I love birthday parties!

Her: I have to go to Philly on Friday
Me: Yeah, that's cool. Like I said, I have plans Friday but Monday would work
