This is really funny actually, but these last two weekends I've met girls at bars, talked with them for 20 mintues or so and then randomly just went in for the make out. Each time these girls pulled away and were like, "what are you doing?" Just by holding eye contact, being in the moment and being true with my intentions, these girls came in and kissed me hard. It's actually really funny to see. I've just been completely present to the point where them pulling away had no effect over my internal state. Then when they said, "what are you doing", I just held strong eye contact and told them "I want to kiss your right now." And then BAM, it's on like donkey kong.
I suppose this same concept would apply when going for the bang. There's no right moment to push for things, whether you're going in for the kiss or whipping your cock out.
