Quick help- just need to understand how to deal with this "General Situation"

So last night I got the # of one of the cocktail waitresses at the rooftop bar I was at and obviously she saw me the whole night doin my thing...

So I texted her today, "Hey beb, how many strangers did you end up seducing last night" and she responds, "Not as many as you did"

How do I deal with this general situation..

yeah I would probably respond like "hah, I will take that as a compliment" and then continue, or I would respond with something like that manwhore line, but generaly if nothing comes I don't even respond her "test" just continue with whatever I want to send. Don't know if is the best thing but works for me.
