Quick Text Question
Here's the quick backstory. I recently got this number from a girl in my French class. She likes me, but I'm neutral. I'm horrible at speaking French, so I base my humor off of this. Anyways, here's the text thread:
Me: Yes! My hooked on phonics french edition came today
Me: I'm going to make everyone in the class irrelevant
Her: LOL even ****? She'd die
She was referring to the girl in my class who speaks French the best. As of now with my text game, I'm trying to master cocky funny/asshole game over the phone so I played
Me: If she dies, I'll comfort her mom.
Her: Wow that was beyond creepy, but I'm gonna let it slide since ur funny
I'm honestly in unknown territory. Was that a bad text to send? Right now, I think I could maintain my frame by saying "Nah, that's how my parents met. Anyways what are you up to?"
The "What are you up to?" is simply to change the subject.
Thoughts? Advice? I appreciate the help/criticism

Thanks for the responses. I ended up texting the parent text because I didn't wait for Manwhore's response...silly me. Definitely going to use that text thogh someday because I'm sure there will be a next time.
