Everything is falling into place nicely but texting is something im still building reference points on. I met a girl the other night and she was chasing that much that shes kinda like a female chode. long story short I said she should come over this week and she said that sounds good, I told her what days I'm free and the next time she replied she just said her job interview went well. whats the best approach to take

Just let her know that's cool, fluff talk a tiny bit (seems like she wants to see at least some kind of investment from you), and then just invite her over whatever day you're free.

Then best move is to "plan" to meet up somewhere else besides your place, then last minute you can tell her to meet at yours or just drag her back to yours from whatever bar you tell her to meet you at. But yes you'll get resistance if you bluntly just tell her to show up at your place- it may even fuck it up completely.
