Really good guided meditation from Eckhart Tolle's top influence
Top influence? I'm Barry Long.. if you know what I mean
goddammit thank you for this. One word from him and I'm slammed back into Presence. My subconscious is lighting up telling me to listen to this. Good stuff.
Yeah if you listen to everything that this guy has it literally covers all of tolle lol
awesome thanks for the recommendation, never heard of this dude. I turned off songza just now and am bumping this
I like this guy a lot as he's just totally connected and centered - everything he says and does comes from that place of pure Stillness and Presence.
But after listening to this, I can see how Eckhart took the best of this guy and taught us a better way.
I can't stand the strict meditation practices - sit up straight, breathe perfectly, don't move, don't think, etc. it just doesn't feel right.
Eckhart put it best, in the way that meditation is something that you just live. It doesn't have to be some strict practice of sitting up straight and breathing deep.
All that really matter is how many times you can notice yourself thinking and become present. It matters more how often you step out of thinking, rather than how long.
The more you notice yourself thinking, the less important the thoughts become - even though your ego would have you believe that your thoughts are all that matters.
You step out of thought and into Presence more often. That Presence comes with you and into your doings, your actions. Rather than some practice that only happens when you sit down and breath deeply.
Regardless, this guy is totally connected and his voice alone snaps me into Presence, I just can't stand that strict meditation practice.

Amazing. Beargrizz strike again.
Anyone been trying this?
Yep. This is a really newbie meditation practice. Here's the breakdown:
Sit up straight. Close your eyes.
Breathe in deeply.
Breathe out.
Breathe in.
Breathe out.
If your mind wanders, go back to focusing on your breath.
Breahte in.
Breathe out.
Do this for 20 more minutes. The end.
Honestly, Eckhart has already taken the best of this guys teachings and given us the epitomy of it, plus so much more in the easiest and best manner.
Step out of thinking as much as you can remember throughout your day. Just become present for 15 seconds, 30 seconds, a minute. Doing this 20 times a day will pay off so much more than 20 straight minutes of breathing.
Ramp it up by getting Grateful. Instead of No Mind for 30 seconds, bring in a positive thought and feel gratitude. Advanced mind control within days if you keep this up.
I still meditate with binaural audio every morning for about 30 mintues after I wake up, but I practice Gratitude during that time. No better way to strengthen your mindset. People are drawn to you, go out of their way to do favors for you, everything in life flows perfectly. When you get the inside right, the outside falls into place.
Yo can you explain your meditation routine more. What is the idea behind the binaural audio? What benefits do you get from that? Are you using a program/software? Is that holosync? Let me know.
And how do you work gratitude into the meditation. Wouldn't that defeat the purpose as to be thinking?

I'm finishing up an article on this subject which will provide everything you need to gain control over your mind, quickly and effortlessly. I should have it posted in a few days as I have time.
To answer your question on gratitude during meditation - I do this most of the time, just as it feels right, I won't do it if it feels forced. During a binaural audio, I've still received benefit from the binaural beats, either mind empty, or visualizing Gratitude. As when you are practicing Gratitude, this naturally puts your mind vibrating in a deep theta state as it is. The binaural audio only helps this process. Helps put your mind where it needs to be to really get the benefits.
I'll share some really great programs you can use which will help you understand that the gratitude practice during the binaural doesn't defeat the purpose. In fact you can also use affirmations during the process as well - which is probably the best time to use them, as during binaural audio you're connected to your subconsious, and it's the best time to install beliefs, behaviors, new programming, etc.

Thanks man! Gratitude makes a lot of sense, especially with being present because you're no longer projecting fulfillment in the future. You're embracing the now.
Looking forward to your post dude. And I definitely think you're right about the aston martin. Let's see how this goes, looking at the cars tomorrow :D
