Olivia Hussey was beautiful and absolutely mesmerizing in this movie. I remember watching it as a freshman in college and just about falling in love with her just from watching her on screen. I defo got the sniffles at the end. She's SO mature in this interview it blows my mind, she's only 15! And 14 in the movie! And check out her male counterpart. Pimpin' deluxe, as we say. Though he probably comes off a little too cold in real life and ends up leaving quite a bit on the table.
Her nude scene in the movie was obviously controversial, but incredible. I remember the first time her breasts jumped on the screen I didn't quite believe it at first, even register it. Like I simply wasn't ready for it as a 13 yr old even though I'd been hooking up with girls since before kindergarten. Very powerfully done movie.
