Got back to my hometown and texted this girl who I havent seen for over a year. She popped up on my facebook since it was her birthday and it says she is now a substitute teacher
me: Wouldn't be able to concentrate if u were my substitute
her: Haha I'll buy that. But who is this, new phone
me: We met at xxtan...a lifetime ago
her: Hm? Doesnt help me
me: If ur at xbar ill buy u a bday shot
next day
her: Alex? Howd u know I was substituting?
was thinking of saying something like
me: "Theres this thing called facebook miss xxx. Kids and their iphone apps these days...
to follow along with the role-play but what do you guys think?
I kind of want to imply that she is too old now to understand technology and make fun of her for no longer being "hip" haha

What AA said is good too, but obviously the answer I gave you is more my style. I recommend coming up with your own answer too now that you havea couple examples of where to lead the vibe with her.
