Improv classes will fix this. They know all about the inner game of being unstifled and will cultivate it in you. It's the perfect conditioning. The advanced improvisors I know have insane game, they just don't realise how they could be using it.

I always do drills that I got from manwhale before anything social to crank my dial up several notches. I was a naturally shy person, but after drills, suddenly I can sometimes get too intense for people to handle. Bless your face, manwench.
Anyway, what I'm saying is, do your drills every day and take up improv drama classes if you can.
