It varies but I'd probably let her know in some way that that's pretty gay and you will probably make other plans. I can imagine everything leading up to this point wasn't too well-played.

Me - 15 hrs 13 mins later: It's beautiful out, saw an old man on a scooter w/ kneepads checking out babes this morning. Made my day
Girl - 1 min later: That's adorable.
Me - 1 hr later: Anyways, what are you doin' later. Can't picture you out again..Lol
Girl - 4 mins later: I'm going to work. Lol. What do you mean you can't picture me out again? Am I that nerdy looking?
Me - 17 mins later: I suspect you're a closet nerd. It's okay, that's kind of hot.. in a strange way ;d
Me - 1 day 19 hrs later: This salad would be way better if it was pizza.
Girl - 32 mins later: I make really good salad.
Me - 31 mins later: I admire chef skills..but the real question is can you make a bomb Caesar
Girl - 4 mins later: I've never tried. I don't really dig the idea of making dressing with anchovies. But I'm sure I'd be good at it.

She's obviously not invested just doesn't want to say no. Just make other plans. Hit her up in a few days and tweak up your text game, the way you invited her out was weak. Need to come off more boss like with it.
