Shit test vs Ego
This is a conversation I had with a girl I met back in December. We never hooked up due to logistical issues, but I was so fucking charming that it made a good enough impression for her to hit me up on the text a couple months later. I'm inviting her to the city for a basketball game since she lives way outta town
We texted for a week then I didn't respond to see if she would go outta her way to hit me up. She didn't, so a week later I hit her with this:
Me: How long do I wait until you ask me out again?
Her: At least a week in advance
Me: Oh yeah I remember walking up to you and being like "yo can I get a table" (She's a hostess)
Me: And then I saw the list of names and said "oh man is that the wait"
Me: And then you said "nah these are my mans. You gotta call ahead bruh"
Me: But yeah I'm going to a hawks game in March you should come thru
Btw I don't give a fuck about sending multiple texts in a row anymore. People are texting more like how they actually communicate nowadays and all this does is separate different trains of thought as well as give her options on what to respond to
Her: My mans lmfaooo
Her: I'm down do u have my ticket? (as soon as I read this I thought "no bish I have MY ticket that I might give to you if you behave" lol. Might have been my ego but I'm def not wanting to convey a provider frame)
Me: Duh
Me: It's on The 18th of March. I plan on sneaking down and sitting with Jeezy
Her: Oh shit hahah do it so I don't have to sit with u <---wtf lol this threw me off. Not the response I was expecting so I just decided to keep it light
Me: It's gonna have to be a team effort. Your face is gonna have to be the distraction. Can u handle dat

Yeah so she was a hostess at this restaurant my family and I ate at for Christmas. I immediately walked up to her (bcuz she was a smoke show) and was very man to woman. And in front of her friends so it was all social proof. Got her to take some pics of me and my family and then told her to put my number in my phone. She giggled and obliged.
We are having quality convo's with memes and shit and she's visiting me in a couple weeks...Ugh you think these girls you meet are all innocent and next thing they're telling you all they have to do to score a free bag of coke is show their drug dealers their feet??
