Yep that pretty much sums it up. Someone like Kezia who prides herself so much on being an "alpha" female will have a very limited ability to impart actual skills to people. It's a bit antithetical honestly. The only female coach I know of that I think truly imparts to guys what they need on any level is Marni winggirl. Also, my female assistants on program kick serious ass but if I left them to their own devices they'd have students making sandwiches in the kitchen pretty quickly.
