Promoting in Las Vegas
"Game" and being a promoter in Las Vegas go hand in hand. Its one of the ways to create a Lifestyle around meeting and sleeping with hot chicks.
Promoter Lifestyle Game
At the most basic level promoting is talking to girls and getting them to show up at your club. You get paid based on the number of girls who check-in under your name.
There are two basic approaches to in-person promoting: Playing the numbers or Building a connection with the group of girls.
Playing The Numbers
1. Approach every group that you see.
2. Pitch them right away on the venue and the DJ.
3. Get their number fast.
4. Move on to the next group.
The Pros of this method are that you talk to as many girls as possible and end up with lots of girls on your guest list. The major downside to this method is that since the interactions are brief, its difficult to make a strong connection with the girls, and they may even forget about you completely. This makes it easy for another promoter to swoop in and connect with them or simply offer them a better deal.
Building Connections:
Approach the girls with the intent of making new friends and making real connections--they're already your friends and/or girls you are sexing. When you come at it this way they see you as different than the 20+ other promoters that have approached them that day. Other guys come across with either one of two obvious motives: 1. Get them on my guestlist, or 2. Get in her pants.
If you're the cool guy who wants them to enjoy their time in Las Vegas, then they'll see you differently. You make an impression on them by not pushing for the hard sale or telling them that your club is the only one they can go to. Attractive girls are approached so frequently in Las Vegas--both in person and through social media--that they can smell bullshit from a mile away.
I've seen promoters be blown-out by groups of girls only to swoop in afterwards and get them on my guestlist.
How to Build the Connection:
1. Be a cool guy who is interested in the girls but no so much that they do one thing or the other in particular. Once they like you and trust you they'll want to check-in on your guestlist.
2. Be loud and funny. -- These girls came to Las Vegas because they want to party, so you had better bring the party!
3. Spend time with them. -- Go and have a drink, get a bite to eat, walk with them to wherever they're going. One of the best ways to get past the initial resistance and "bitchiness" is to talk and talk and listen until they like and trust you.
4. Text them -- be fun and flirty, yet clear on what they need to do.
5. Meet them and walk them in. When girls show up at the club for you, they're still unsure about your plans for them and have ten different options, so the fact that you are there to walk them in reinforces their belief that they made the right decision.
That's the basic promoting side of things. There are many more nuances to it, and avenues to explore, but that's Promoting 101 as well as I can write it out.
The "Game" Side of Promoting
Most guys rely on what I'll call "Promoter Game" to get laid, and its why they got into the business in the first place.
Promoter "Game"
You meet the girls during the day and invite them to your club. One or more of the girls in the group is into you. After work you find them inside the club once they're drunk and all pumped up. You lead them from the club. You bang.
Other guys who are a step up from that will be texting the girl they're into the whole day, and so when they go into the club they're ready to go. Much of this is dependent on the "Vegas" frame that girls come here with--they're in Vegas and the usual rules don't apply. Unless they're in love with their boyfriend, then they're open to or actively seeking new dick--for many its part of the "Vegas" experience.
Promoter "Game" and Real "Game" applied:
I meet them and they love me because I'm loud, fun, they can trust me, and I lead them. I get the number of the Group Leader and one other girl who I am interested in. I text the Group Leader with logistical stuff while keeping it fun and flirty with the other girl. I've made the other girl feel special in the initial interaction, and after my smooth texting, she and I know that she's coming to the club to see me. She will be disappointed when I don't walk in with her, but I'll tell her I will join her when I'm off work.
If I've done my job in the in-person interaction and text follow-up, then there will be no cockblocking. When I meet her inside the club, she and her friends know whats up, and no one gives me problems.
Potential Obstacles
1. Alternate Mother Hen: The one who you thought was in charge is actually NOT in charge. This happens with large groups. One may sit back when they are sober and out during the day, everyone agrees on plans, but then at night once they're drunk a new leader will emerge and she wants to go to a particular club or likes a certain promoter, and she will steer the group in that direction. Your girl will not be able to go against the groups' wishes and will acquiesce.
2. Drunk: The girls will get super drunk and then all bets are off. They are in Vegas to have fun and as long as they are having fun they really don't care where they end up. They might not even make it out of their hotel room.
3. Shiny Objects: They are in Vegas to have fun and they have been drinking and/or partaking in recreational drugs. If they make it out of the hotel room they may nonetheless be distracted by every other cool guy, promoter, show, offer, limo ride that comes before them and, though they intended on going to your club, never actually make it.
4. Dead Phone: Most girls are used to being at home, the office, in the car, etc and having a phone charger at hand. If they're wandering around Las Vegas and drinking, or going to pool parties, then they won't think ahead of time to charge their phones. Unless there's an anal-retentive mother hen in the group, then there's a 50/50 chance that the phone's will be dead. No phone + a packed megaclub = very small chance you'll find them.
5. Guys with Bottles: Attractive girls--the more attractive the more likely--will be invited to a VIP table with bottles. Sometimes these guys are old, bald, and fat and girls complain about them. But sometimes they're cool guys and the girls want to feel special and get free booze. On top of that, once they're at a table, you can't talk to them unless you're friends with the guys who bought the table. Even though I work for the club, the bouncers will tell me to fuck off unless the guys at the table actively want me there. So even if one of the girls wants me real bad, she'll go along with her friends to the table and I won't be able to get to her.
The Lifestyle Fully Realized
You handled everything properly so that you have multiple girls texting you at multiple venues. More than one is ready to go and all you have to do is meet up with her. That's the catch, but if you did everything right there will be one who you like who is available and who you are able to meet up with.
The next level is putting in the work and then reaping the benefits. My buddy worked 80+hours per week for the first 6 months and went out of his way to make the groups of girls happy. He did everything he could to make sure they had the best experience possible. So he has girls flying in every weekend who want to hook up with him.
Not only is he meeting new girls every day, but he has ready and willing girls coming into town who want to hook-up with him. Some weekends its actually an issue for him because he has 2-4 girls who are at the same venue and want a piece of him! When he doesn't handle it correctly he goes home empty handed because the catfights blow him out.
When he deals with them correctly, he'll bang 2 or 3 in a weekend.
I'm building up to that level, and I can't wait for this coming Friday!
