Social Proof - Social Media - How Exactly Does It Work?
I understand that social proof is very important for game and can help you out quite a bit. From a social media stand point, I'd like to understand how it works exactly.
Say you post things on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc. You get lots of people both guys and girls commenting and liking the posts. This obviously shows you have some sort of social proof or it depends on what you posted in specific I find.
How exactly does this play in a girl's mind when she sees all these girls liking and commenting on your things, posting on your walls, etc.? I know it portrays you are wanted and a cool like-able guy, but more specifically, I'm trying to understand what goes on in a girl's head when she sees this.
I always have girls commenting/flirting out in the open all over my social media, I'm just curious as to how this works.

I don't think it really matters at all as long as your profile shows that you're a normal fun person and not a lonely creeper. But i guess it would help alot if you're messaging random chicks to meet up? Alotta guys posting selfies on instagram come across as attention seeking pussies imo.
How'd you guys go about adding chicks on facebook? I know some BOMB ass chicks that i have only met a few times but didn't get their number or anything. I know their facebook names though. Would it be kinda weird if i add them out of nowhere after 3 months or so hahah
Mostly attractive girls, friends, etc. I was thinking what it does to girl's minds from a social circle point of view since I have a large social circle.
I don't usually message randoms on instagram or anything. If I ever post selfies it's with friends and stuff doing cool shit or it's not a selfie and someone legit took the picture. The only other types of self-photos I have are of me doing sports, fitness transformation kinda things.
I get laid off Facebook somewhat regularly. I don't try really hard, I just start conversations concerning posts, etc. It's pretty simple

LOL I've number closed and stuff facebook a bunch and gotten day 2's and pulled that way. Usually the girls are already in my social circle/on my friends list though.
Does anyone have any insight on how the woman's mind register's this sort of social proof?
It's very very important. Especially if she sees you know the same people as her. You can casually meet her out and she'll probably show up. Facebook is an untapped resource.

Lately it's been working for me extremely well. I'll try to invest into this some more and see what I can accomplish with it. Especially with other sources of social networking like twitter and instagram.
The feedback I'm getting from girls is similar to with Facebook came out, I remember just starting high school and my social proof was off the chains. College is turning into high school all over again except, more fun haha

Serious! nobody my age uses it anymore.
Be cool. Post cool shit. Don't be try hard. Own your brand. People will hop on the wagon and start liking your shit. Girls will see that you post cool shit/think you're hot and will like it. In turn, everyone's newsfeed will see said girl like your shit. It's a self-perpetuating cycle of social proof. Figure out what chicks are regular likers and snipe those chicks via messages/text.
