she doesn't actually need help, that would be absurd. However, there is an off chance that she's THAT stunning she actually intimidates the guy she is attracted to and he's pulling a ghettoguru. 

Well the short answer is meet up and escalate. And never date her (she's in her horfaze obviously). She obviously wants casual sex and for a guy to NOT get attached. What's the question here? Think you can fuck her over text?

She's actually fairly close social circle (which makes it extra weird), I've slept with a few of her friends which is probably how she's heard about my experiences lol. She comes out with my group occassionaly so next time I see her I'll just make it happen then.

When you said, "I'll turn you into a little slut like me" and she said, "yay" you should have said something along the lines of "I cant explain by typing I can teach you more so face to face." But she is gone for a month so just leave her hanging wanting more by saying something like, "sure, I can teach you" and just leave it at that. If shes begging for more attention over text or facebook just keep her hanging say, "absolutely when you get back hit me up :)"
