This cute little Irish server keeps chatting me up and gettin' flirty with me. She's not a super hottie but definitely good looking.
I was at work the other day and when I was off, I decided to join a few friends at a table. This server and I had been going back and forth all week.
She's the server for our table and I was bustin' her balls, making fun of her accent and just giving her a fun hard time.
I ended up messaging her and making a few call-back humor references. Went well, will probably re-engage and try to get her out for drinks but with a big group to diffuse any chances of objection since she has a bf that she lives with.

Then she told me she'd have to spit in my spaghetti, I told her to do whatever she needed to do to practice for later when she'd be spitting on some sausage. Table burst out laughing, she blushed and left.)

I love how my face to face interactions are getting muuuch better to the point where I'm just using texting to keep things interesting for the most part. Makes everything so much easier.

I don't usually do that sort of thing myself, except something about this situation particularly stood out to me. I remember sitting in the back staff room with this girl, must have been before closing, and she gets a phone call. She answers and it's her boyfriend piss drunk and they exchange words quickly and she's getting annoyed repeating herself. Anyway, she hung up and looks at me and starts complaining about drunk people and how some people are so annoying.
I laugh and ask if that person she was on the phone with was drunk and annoying and she goes "yeah, it was my stupid boyfriend." I look at her and just smile. She goes on to say how all he does all day is get drunk, mope around and waste the whole day. I just laugh and tell her "but that's gotta be heaven. Who would want to work and have a life? Ew.", she starts laughing and saying how she couldn't imagine being like that.
Ever since then, she's super happy to see me at work. Always flirting, touchy and gives me hugs. To top it off this chick is as discreet as it gets around my gf. LOL it's impressive. That or she doesn't know about her, I haven't exactly announced it but some people know/noticed.
Pretty sure this is a green light thing.. but I could always be wrong hahaha.
