Starting Out In Promoting

So katalyst and I were talking after last night and we decided that we're going to make serious moves with this. We're good enough at this point that we can consistently pull the hottest girls to the most exclusive venues and we want to take advantage of this and begin to develop a rapport with the doormen at these places.
It's a longterm goal we have. We don't want to actually focus on "making money" with the promoting thing- it's more just a longterm goal we have so that we can consistently get into these super exclusive venues... like we're talking the hottest clubs in the world. When we can begin to consistently get into these places and have the doormen know us- our game will be able to take off to that "next level" because we'll be constantly surrounded by the hottest girls in new york.
Anyone have any experience doing promoting? We have some contacts that we're working... any advise as to who to talk to?
I was talking with a host at one of these clubs last night and we chatted a bit cause he saw the girls I was bringing into his venue and wanted to know what was up.
Another dude last night who was with a BUNCH of girls asked me if I was a promotor (cause he saw me and katalyst KILLING it with street sets) and I told him I was and he took my number and goes, "I'll hit you up next weekend, let me know what venue your gonna be workin at. This kind of thing would be so moeny.
Basically our goal is to do the promotion thing for a couple months so that we can become friends with the doormen at these places and then stop promoting and basically be able to walk up with girls and get in without ever waiting in line at these places.

@buddhagames: Hit up casanovacrew forum. PM Doc, Godfather, and Scartissue. Those cats are beasts. Last I heard, all are promoters at legit venues in hollywood. Even if they arent, theyll have good advice as to how to promote and run promoter game. I forget who, its either Doc or Godfather wrote a comprehensive thread on promoting.

A lot of promotors/hosts have good game but, a lot of times, it's very different from "fucking the girl" game...
Also- a lot of promotors/hosts just don't have their life together and are living on a thread.
Then again, I am noticing that this promoting stuff and tryna get into these clubs is taking up a lot of our time. Part of me wonders if it's just better to go to a slightly less exclusive place and get an extra hour of hardcore gaming... although, gaming street sets is pretty legit. Ended up gettin pretty far with one of the street girls from last night.

And yeah, it's getting rediculuos... like last night, there were a couple new guys to our crew so katalyst and I were literally grabbing girls, handing them to the new guys, having them go in, then going out, getting more girls, handing them off rinse wash repeat...
We probably brought in 6-7 girls total to that place last night. Once you get the hang of it- promotor game is SO EASY... just be FUN AS SHIT and act like a fucking BOSS
-Give them a time limit to decide what they are gonna do (or else you'll get the whole "give us 10 minutes to talk it over" thing)
-Go up with SUPER SUPER WOO
-Calibrate with, "You guys are cute as hell.. what are you doin tonight" blah blah blah, "Oh awesome, wow you guys are SO FUN.. holy shit *Grab hand, spin, pull in, dance, let go*... yeah it's decided you're coming with us" omg where are we going.. wait.. what.. blah blah blah "Super sweet club, there's a huge line but we know the doorman, so you guys will be good. We'll grab a quick drink for like 10 minutes and then figure out what we're gonna do"... Girls look at eachother... *Grab leader by hand, spin again*- add in more woo... "OMG YOU GUYS ARE SO COMING WITH US" okay we'll come blah blah blah... then have the girls stand in front and have one member of your team talk to the doorman, while the other member of your team keeps the emotional "WOO" of the interaction at a high level so they don't get bored or start to question their decision
- Never let the girls be alone, always have one member of your team with them at all times
-Never let them get it in their head that they may be able to get in without you. Make sure they are aware that the ONLY way in is by being with you guys. (Thus the whole "Be a BOSS" element.
-ALWAYS be laughing and having a BLAST.... ESPECIALLY when the doorman looks over to "check out the goods" so to speak.... you want everyone in your group to be showing the doorman that they are ALL having a BLAST and just fuckin around.
If that doesn't work... rinse, wash repeat with unlimited street sets.
If you want to fuck one of the girls... just calibrate and be slightly less "WOO" with her and add in some intent...
But really, for getting big groups of girls- you HAVE to bring that "WOO" to the table. You have to basically SHOW THEM that wherever the fuck you're going is gonna be WAY more fun than whatever they are currently doing.
This isn't in ANY way how it ALWAYS goes down and even when it does go down like this, it doesn't always work... but it's a pretty standard occurrence and works pretty well.
Also- I just walk around the whole time like I'm on a fucking mission. I have my phone out in one hand and I walk around, blatantly like I'm searching for people. If you see a group of hotties and there are some "not so hotties" near them... you can make a point to look at the "not so hotties" and kinda shake your head and THEN go up to the hotties and they will feel "Special"...

If you're just ridin solo or some shit and you're tryna pop into a really exclusive venue... you can obviously still do that shit but you actually may be better off just hittin up a 2 set or somethin right outside and just goin in with your "normal" approach... don't even have to do the whole "promotor" style stuff...
Obviously you still want to have woo but you can add in that intent and just run it like a normal set. And then at some point, when they're hooked, just be like, "Yo let's pop in here, real quick"... head up to doorman and just be like, "Yo man, it's me and xx number of girls".. he'll prob ask you what table your there for... if you have a name... obviously fuckin drop it, better yet you would just be like, "Yo man, two girls for xxtable"
If you don't have a name... just be like, "I don't have a name tonight here, my usual spot is all booked up tonight and I was in the area-chill if I drop in for a sec" or somethin like that.

@buddhagames - Solid advice man, I'm pretty new to the bar scene / club scene. Like i just go to generic spots that have cute chicks. Some next level shit right there. . I probably wont be too into night life like that till i move back to LA. Lines are like 20 min max in newport beach. Though when ive rolled with hot chicks ive gotten hooked up with free alcohol so i mean shit, definitely incentives.
